WHO ARE WE?

Steve and Annie SGS Ministries
Steve & Annie Sandoval

We have a passion to reach out to all people across every neighborhood, city, state and country and unite people around the concepts of faith in God, restoring the family, promoting freedom and liberty, and helping people create a freedom income. We are reaching students through Freedom Quest Academy, businesses through Main Street Chamber of Commerce and Eagle Referral Network and families through bible studies and events. We live in Phoenix, AZ, have been married for 17 years and have 7 kids ranging from 26 to 43 years of age.

For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. ><> John 3:16 Salvation is ultimately from God through what Jesus Christ has done on the cross. (Romans 6:23) We are saved because God is gracious and merciful, so we should put our confidence not in our own good work, but in the finished complete work of Christ, (Ephesians 2:8-9)

SERVING EACH OTHER

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves,  not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Philippians 2:3-4

We are called to serve not only the people we see in our daily lives but look for opportunities to serve the oppressed, orphaned, widows, and seek the cause of justice whenever we have the chance.  All of this starts with inviting God into our days and asking Him to be our strength when we feel weak.  It’s our job as a body of believers to be connected to one another, loving one another, and spurring each other on to do the good work that God has for us!

Why Should We Study God's Word?

The following are a few scriptural reasons that we should consider
when answering this question.

1. The Word of God is infallible. There is no error in God's Word. The law of the Lord is perfect concerning our soul. The testimony of the Lord is not only infallible it is inerrant. Proverbs 30:5-6

2. The Word of God is complete. The Bible does not need any new chapters or verses. It is all given to us already. Many cults add their own books or commentaries to the Bible. All you need is God's Word because it is the holy Word of God. It is complete. Revelation 22:18-19

3. The Word of God is totally authoritative. The Word of God is the only source for absolute divine authority. This divine authority is for you and me as servants of Jesus Christ. says "Forever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven." Psalms 119:89

4. God's Word is totally sufficient for all of our needs. We don’t need anything else. We Christians can be totally secure in the Lord by studying the Bible because it is God's plan for our life. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

5. The Word of God will accomplish what it promises. If God told you something will happen, and you wait, it will happen. God sent His word to accomplish His perfect will in our lives. If God makes a promise to you, He will fulfill it in His own time. Isaiah 55:11
